I received a call from Community Hospital yesterday, asking me to come in for lab work prior to my surgery. The concern is due to my history of high blood pressure. The lab appointment is Monday at 12:30 p.m. I asked if my chart indicated the time for my surgery. She said it’s scheduled at 9:00, which means a 7:00 arrival time. She also said that it’s subject to change and reiterated that they will call me sometime Monday to verify the time.
