After lunch today, I drove down to Dr. Berryhill’s office and inquired about getting an appointment and confirming that they had received the paperwork from H4H. They had not received it and until such time as it arrives they will not schedule an appointment. The receptionist said that as soon as the papers arrive (via Fax), they will call me to set up the appointment over the phone. The ball, so to speak, is effectively in someone else’s court at the moment. I was hopeful that they would call later this afternoon, but haven’t heard from them.
